1. Service

babycuco is a web and mobile app for tracking your baby's first year. The service includes event logging (feeds, sleep, nappies, weight), AI-powered analysis, crying guidance and a directory of specialists.

babycuco's recommendations are for guidance only and do not replace advice from a qualified medical professional.

2. Premium Subscription

• The Premium subscription is billed annually. The current price is 14.99 € / year (may vary by country).
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel at any time from your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• No refunds are issued for unused portions of the current subscription period, except where required by applicable law.

3. Free Plan

The free plan includes basic event logging, Crisis Mode and Quick Test, at no cost and with no time limit. Premium-only features (AI analysis, WHO growth charts, full history, multiple babies) require an active subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

babycuco is intended for families and baby caregivers. Automated use, mass data extraction and any use that impairs the service's availability for other users is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, design and code of babycuco are the property of the service owner. Data entered by the user (baby records) belongs to the user and can be exported or deleted at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

babycuco is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free. In no event shall we be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
