No. The free plan doesn't require any payment details.
How does payment work?
One-time annual payment via Stripe (card, Google Pay, Apple Pay). No automatic renewal: when your year expires we'll let you know and you can renew if you want.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, no commitments or penalties. Premium access lasts until the renewal date.
What happens to my data if I downgrade to the free plan?
They are not deleted. Only history older than 6 months will be hidden. If you reactivate Premium, you regain access to everything.
Is Crisis Mode free?
Yes, Crisis Mode is available without an account and at no cost. It's a support tool for all families.
